Saitama is a prefecture and a city in [[Japan]]. A magical place, where money can be found in any municipal tip and cats can enjoy all-you-can-eat buffets of dead pensioners.

Coincidentally enough, also supposedly where most of [[Raki☆Suta]] takes place, and capitalism. Saitama is no different than [[New Jersey]], believe me, I went there for 2 weeks in [[1993|2007]]. I'm losing hope for the Japanese.
