Bureaucrats Can
Do everything a SysOp can plus promote and demote SysOps.
Sysops Can
- Block a user from sending email
- Block other users from editing
- Change protection levels and edit protected and semi-protected pages
- Create new user accounts
- Delete and undelete pages
- Search deleted pages
- View deleted history entries
- Edit other users' CSS and JS files
- Edit the user interface
- Have one's own edits automatically marked as patrolled
- Mark others' edits as patrolled
- Move pages and their subpages, regardless of protection level
- View a list of unwatched pages
Sysops Can't
- Find out where you live and attack you. Yet.
