DQN ELECTRONICS VOL 11 is the surprising sequel to DQN ELECTRONICS VOL 10. According to its creators: "We wanted to embrace our new economic standing, so we integrated the sights and sounds and crushing depression of poverty into our music. We call our new style 'osaka bumcore'". When first released, the album gained very little press and substantially less downloads than DQN ELECTRONICS 10. However, controversy surrounding an interview with DJ CLONEPA triggered a series of events that launched the album into internet gold status. In an interview with the Daily Buu-n, the musician stated "Honestly there was so much attention to DQN ELECTRONICS 10 that it caught me off guard. I think we might be more popular than Title. " The comment stirred an immediate negative reaction, as fans of Title and DQN alike burned, crushed, and microwaved copies of DQN ELECTRONICS 10 in protest. However, due to the intangible nature of digital music fans began burning, crushing and microwaving anything that had the potential to play DQN music instead. Some overeager fans decided to leave all their worldly possessions and live on the streets, as anything they owned could be modified to connect to the internet and provide access to DQN ELECTRONICS 10. In a twist, DQN ELECTRONICS VOL 11's style of osaka bumcore seemed to repair the artists' image with the socially downtrodden and usher in a new generation of noisy digital music.
